Delivery includes the original outer eDOC and extracted underlying documents, with filenames based on the email’s receipt date. App-created Drive files remain private to the owner.

eDOC Mail Worker is operated for its owner’s authorized mailbox. Briefs and diagnostic emails are sent exclusively to the owner’s configured inbox.
Google provides mail, private file storage and automation services. OpenAI provides the document briefing API. The privacy policy explains what they process, what is retained, and how access can be revoked.
